Due to the spiritual nature of our products, returns are not accepted once items are opened or used.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged or incorrect item

• The product was never delivered

2. Return Conditions

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Proof of damage must be submitted (photo/video)

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
